Sixteen Layers Toronto

Sixteen Layers took Toronto by storm last week. An extraordinary run saw the lads play six shows over eight nights! Most of the shows were part of the Canadian Indie Week festival. Sixteen Layers were invited over following a show in Whelans last July that saw them beat off three other bands for the invite - it's dog eat dog baby...

Having done the festival, Sixteen Layers played their own headline show at the Bovine Sex Club last Wednesday night and filled the joint with a new following. They also managed to secure a distribution with Sunrise Records in Toronto. All in all, a very successful trip. They're already in talks for a return trip early next year. Share
